About
To put it plainly, I’m obese. I’ve struggled with my weight since 2000 and have had the pleasure in reading a lot about the subject “weight loss” the past several years online. Losing weight and fat is definitely not just a biological or psychological factor, but a mixture of both.
With my blog I aim to bring interesting articles to the community that works. Weight loss techniques that have proven themselves to be effective. Life style changes easy enough to get anyone motivated and feel good about themselves.
I weigh in at a heavy 123kg, a whole 55kg overweight. This can’t continue, otherwise I’ll die… with this blog I bring you health secrets, simplified explanations on losing that belly and toning up while you watch me go through my personal struggle to slim down and prolong my life living a healthy lifestyle and perhaps finding that someone special and the motivation to create health awareness worldwide!

Great blog. I found it via your mybb link.
One thing that really works is Dr prescribed phentermine (called Duromine in SA), especially if your BMI is over 30. It worked for my mom over 15 years ago & it worked for me last year to lose the winter weight.
I’m now stuck @60kgs (1.58m short), trying to lose these last 5 with gym & a permanent change of eating habits. I’m doing fruit & low fat yoghurt for brekkie, salad + lean meat lunch & a normal dinner, but smaller portions than usual (curry & rice, baked chicken & veg etc).
ps, hang in there!
